What does your 3 month warranty cover ?
Our 3 month warranty covers any major defect. For example, engine failure, gearbox failure, ECU failure etc. Consumable items such as brakes, clutch, shock absorbers etc are not covered.
Where do i take my car for warranty work ?
All cars must be brought back to our premises at the buyers expense (no exception)
What does Cat N or Category N actually mean ?
Category N means that an insurance company has decided that the car in question is not viable for them to repair. The insurance company has decided the damage is Non Structural and fairly superficial. Non structural damage usually means a dented wing or bumper and can be repaired by any decent bodyshop very easily.
What does Cat S or Category S actually mean ?
Category S means that an insurance company has decided that the car in question is not viable for them to repair. The insurance company has decided the damage is Structural and will need skilled repair. Structural damage usually means a welded panel or panels needs to be removed or straightened. Again this type of repair is fairly straight forward for a professional bodyshop such as ours.
Will i be able to Insure a Cat S or Cat N car and will it effect the cost ?
A cat N or S car is no more expensive or difficult to insure than any other car. Cat N or Cat S should have no effect on the cost or availability of insurance.
How do you calculate the retail price of a Preciously Damaged Repaired Car ?
Typically Cat S or Cat N Cars sell for 25% less than there non categorised equivalent.
Do your cars come with a V5 Logbook ?
All our cars typically come with a V5 Logbook. On the odd occasion that a V5 Logbook hasnt been passed to us, we will help our buyer apply for the V5 and tax the car.
Do you sell damaged repairable cars ?
Yes we ocassionally list damaged repairable cars for customers to repair themselves.
Do you offer finance ?
Sorry we dont offer finance but will happily work with any finance company you choose to approach or of course you could always get a bank loan.
How do i arrange a viewing ?
As we are a busy bodyshop, viewing is strictly by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged for any day of the week and at a time that suits you.
Do you deliver ?
Yes we offer very competitive prices for delivery. We do however insists that before you buy a car that you come to our premises to view it.
Can i secure a car before viewing ?
Yes, you can secure any of our cars by simply paying a non refundable £100 deposit.

What are the benefits of buying a damaged repaired car ?

Why do Cat N / Cat S cars sometimes have a bad reputation ?
Like all cars there are sellers out there that do sub standard repairs which can give the industry a bad name. We are very transparent in what we do and believe we can provide a good quality product in a very transparent and honest way.
Can I have one of your cars inspected before I buy it ?
Yes of course. Absolutely any inspection welcomed. We will even provide the inspector with a clean dry environment where they can carry out there inspection.
Why do you not have any reviews ?
RepairedCars.co.uk is a brand new website for us. We have been repairing and selling cars for a long time via our bodyshop business (see reviews tab above) and have only just recently decided to setup a separate website to go along with our YouTube channel.
